The Wetherington Community Association is overseen by a Board of Trustees consisting of seven Board members and is assisted in the management of the community by personnel from Associa. Questions or concerns can be directed to Associa by phone (888-612-2299), by email (customerservice@rpmanagment.com), or the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees meets six times per year. An annual meeting is open to all homeowners and is held in November. The election of new Board members for three-year staggered terms is held at the annual meeting. Any resident who is current in their dues is eligible to submit an application to run for election to the Board of Trustees and to vote in the election. Community participation is encouraged. Community volunteers staff the following committees: Design Review, Property Management, and Grounds & Landscaping. All residents are invited to participate in the committees whenever their interests and backgrounds would benefit the Association.
Email addresses are requested from all residents. The Association, on occasion, emails residents to make them aware of problems or events within the community.
Dues
Dues are collected quarterly and are due on the first of January, April, July and October. Statements are mailed to each homeowner directly, by the tenth of the month prior to when they are due. A late fee and interest is collected on all overdue balances. Legal action is taken when an account becomes seriously past due.
